The Church Council and the Search Committee are pleased to announce that, as of February 2, 2010, our new Music Director will be Mr. Dustin Nelson. We are thrilled to announce that he has accepted our offer of the position. Dustin comes to us with a wealth of musical talent and experience. He holds a Master of Arts in Systematic Theology from Luther Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church music with a religion minor from Waldorf College. He is a gifted pianist, vocalist, dancer, and timpanist who enjoys working with people of all ages and is excited to support Living Waters in our life of prayer and praise together. Please welcome him into our congregation!

The season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday, which is on February 17 this year.  During the 40 days of Lent, Christians prepare for the celebration of Easter by following time-honored traditions of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving.

Come to the evening service that night to learn about Lent, to observe the day, and to begin your Lenten preparations together with your brothers and sisters in Christ.

A simple soup supper will be available before the service beginning at 6:15 p.m.
